Jean Gust, PhD

Dr. Gust is a fully licensed Clinical Psychologist. Her 20 years’ experience in the mental health field, she specializes in treatment for adults 18 years and older, experiencing depression, anxiety, survivors of abuse, stress management, and women’s issues. Her clinical orientation is eclectic, with strong emphasis on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Dr. Gust held the title of adjunct professor at Eastern Michigan University for five years, of which she left to devote her services to full time clinical work. She is a long-time member of the American Psychological Association and the Michigan Psychological Association.

Caitlyn Carollo, LMSW

Caitlyn Carollo has experience providing therapy to children, adolescent and adult population.  She addresses concerns such as behavioral problems, mood/emotion regulation, trauma/abuse, anxiety, impulsivity, depress, eating disorder behaviors, body image concerns, social/relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and daily stress.  Ms. Carollo’s approach is tailored specially to each client she works with to help ensure they are able to meet his/her goals.

Brandi Thomas, LMSW

Brandi Thomas has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. She addresses concerns with trauma/abuse, grief and loss, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, pregnancy/postpartum, behavioral issues, low self esteem, daily stress.  Brandi believes one size does fit all when it comes to therapy and uses an individual approach with each client. She uses mindfulness and strength-based cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to help empower her clients in meeting their goals.

Aaron Corte-O’Brien, LLMSW

Aaron Corte-O’Brien provides therapy to adolescents and adults. He has experince working with individuals affected by substance abuse, anxiety, depression and trauma.  Aaron uses a mindfulness-based approach to inform his treatment.  He also focuses on many issues common for young men, including lack of motivation, relationship problems and struggles with social confidence.

Suzanne Bilodeau MA, LLP

Elaine Swenson MA, LLP

Elaine Swenson has more than 35 years of experience in clinical and school settings and have strong background in special education laws and their implementations. She also specializes in interventions with children, adolescents and adults and their families. Ms. Swenson is skilled in psychological assessments and uses an eclectic approach emphasizing cognitive and behavioral therapies.

Meredith Merlanti MS, LLP

Meredith Merlanti has experience providing therapy to child, adolescents and adult clients, addressing concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, eating disordered behavior/body image concerns, relationship/social difficulties, trauma/abuse, obsessions/compulsions, paranoia, impulsivity, sexual concerns, and stressful circumstances. Jerry Kowalski MA, LLP

 Jerry Kowalski has extensive experience working with a wide variety of children, adolescents and adults with various mental health concerns.  Common issues addressed include anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorders, academic problems, social issues, attention problems, mood/emotional regulation issues and health psychology.  Treatment is based on an individual’s needs, and is tailored to their specific concerns, in order to achieve the highest quality of care. Mr. Kowalski has had specialized training in neuropsychology, evaluation and treatment. He has been a consultant to St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and to the State of Michigan conducting psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.

  Megan Morris, MA TLLP

Iliana Pantoleon, MA TLLP

Iliana Pantoleon has experience providing counseling and psychotherapy to young adults who struggles with interpersonal relationships, new parents trying to adapt into their new role and parents who worry about their children’s behavior.  She focuses on difficulties appearing in the first five years of a child’s life and her approach is to work cooperatively with the parent. She comes from a psychodynamic background.

Courtney Thurston, MA, LLPC, Art Therapist

Courtney Thurston has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents and young adults.  She treats individuals with a variety of concerns relating to anxiety, depression, behavorial problems, social difficulties and anger.  Ms. Thurston uses an integrative approach to therapy that utilizes interventions best suited for one’s specific needs. She also has a specialization in Art Therapy, a tool that can assist individuals in expressing themselves non-verbally. Art Therapy can provide alternative coping skills and ways of communicating with others.
