Serenilite hand therapy stress ball

Deborah C. Escalante

In all seriousness folks these balls won’t satisfy you or your partner. I read the reviews and it seemed 50/50 on how useful these are. It turns out they are by no means a therapy ball if you’ve ever felt one. A therapy ball requires a reasonable amount of effort to squeeze in order to build/recover muscle strength.

I found the product to be equal in firmness as a foam pillow, which is to say there’s barely any resistance at all from either ball. If you’ve had a bad accident, surgery etc and need to start with absolute minimal resistance then well ok , this may be for you. But for the average person looking to build strength, , they are way to soft and squish with the slightness of effort and thus not going to help at all.
